Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 for Panera is located within Promedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

 

Panera at ProMedica Toledo Hospital opened in November 2019.  It is one of three retail outlets within the hospital and does $1.4 million in sales a year.  

 

The successful candidate will:

have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality productachieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costsdevelop and maintain customer relationshipsmotivate, coach, mentor and develop 20 frontline (hourly) staff members and 5 supervisorsensure Sodexo/Panera standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
