Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a General Manager role who will direct their division to succeed in quality and service by hiring, training, and managing team members, maintaining the facility's readiness and ability to provide top customer service, technology, and delivering a quality product by performing the following duties: 

Hire, train, and evaluate personnelMaintain personnel and equipment readiness to deliver a quality product. Maintain a high level of branch organization at all times.Respond to clients in a professional and ethical business manner.Effectively promote ARC products and servicesAssist with quoting equipment, supplies, and services Fiscal and operational responsibility for daily branch operations.Manage branch activities within agreed budgets and timescalesPlan and direct production activities and establish production prioritiesMaintain appropriate inventory controlsWork effectively with internal and external customers.Manage cash sales reporting and submissionsManage the branch within company policies and standards.Develop tools to accurately track errors and deadline compliance.Review service, supply service, rental, and warranty agreements to maintain maximum profit efficiencyQC outgoing orders. Monitor orders-in, operators, quality control, final check, and orders-out.Monitor equipment and supplies.Submit all branch reporting on time.Maintain a professional, quality work environment at all times.Troubleshoot and resolve problematic orders and customer complaints.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing production using equipment, processes, and procedures in multiple locationsAbility to assess/troubleshoot customer orders and associated issuesExcellent customer service and employee management skillsStrong competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other proprietary softwareAbility to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy. Friendly personality and good attitudeFlexibility to work overtime when neededStrong comprehension of small format, large format, and color production equipment is highly desired
