Step into a world of unparalleled elegance and tranquillity at our stunning oceanfront boutique resort, where every room offers breathtaking views. This is a unique opportunity to lead the opening of the Vignette Collection – Miramar Théoule consisting of two exquisite buildings, Miramar and Yaksas, featuring a total of 82 luxurious rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant in the picturesque Côte d'Azur.
We are searching for an accomplished Luxury and Lifestyle General Manager with a proven track record of commercial success and the ability to foster relationships at all levels.
**_Your Day-to-Day:_**
+ **Guest Experience & VIP Relations** : Engage directly with high-profile guests and owners, ensuring personalised, world-class service.
+ **Lead and Inspire the Team:** Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to all staff, including seasonal, while cultivating a culture of stability and motivation.
+ **Oversee Renovations and Enhancements:** Direct daily progress on renovation projects to elevate the hotel’s luxury standards, ensuring all updates align with the brand’s vision.
+ **Drive Commercial Success and Revenue Growth:** Implement strategic initiatives to maximise profitability, enhance guest experience, and ensure sustained business growth.
**_What We Need From You:_**
+ **Luxury Hospitality Expertise:** An established background in managing luxury and lifestyle hotels, demonstrating proven success in commercial operations, particularly in food & beverage and hotel renovations.
+ **Proven Commercial Success:** A strong track record of maximising hotel revenue and driving innovation for outstanding performance.
+ **Languages:** Fluency in French or French national is essential.
+ **Strong Interpersonal Skills:** A hands-on leader capable of managing a small team across two hotels, including additional seasonal staff. Focused on effective communication and relationship-building with guests, team members, and owners.
