Manages and coordinates day-to-day work synergies, and chairs Weekly Alignment Meetings among Design, Operations, Procurement, Packaging, and Delivery units Schedules all work operations and distribution of manpower in different trades within the workshop based on project urgency Schedules all work operations and distribution of manpower for off-site operations, including installations, renovations, and off-site factories Tracks staffing requirements and hires new employees as needed Coordinates with Procurement and Design to ensure all materials and shop drawings are always in order for smooth and timely operations Oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all products at all times and at all sites Develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance protocols Oversees delivery scheduling, truck routing, and coordination with clients receiving items Increases the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
