Our client, a leader in agricultural production, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various seasonal activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** General Operator **Location:** New Madrid, MO **Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour (Night shift rate is an additional $1.50 more per hour) **What's the Job?** + Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading. + Complete a wide range of harvest activities, including combine cleaning and seed treatment. + Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for inventory management. + Inspect and maintain seed quality throughout the production process. + Support maintenance work, warehousing, and shipping seed to ensure timely delivery to customers. **What's Needed?** + Ability to safely perform duties in a timely fashion while maintaining seed quality. + Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions. + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and seasonal environment. + Potential for an assignment completion bonus of $500 upon meeting performance standards. + Flexible work schedules with opportunities for overtime. + Gain valuable experience in production agriculture and operations. + Be part of a supportive team that values respect and integrity.
