We are seeking a Pediatrician to provide per diem coverage in our outpatient offices in Maricopa County. Location can include: Arbor Medical Pediatrics, Gilbert, AZ Papago Buttes Pediatrics, Scottsdale, AZ Southwest Pediatrics, Phoenix, AZ North Scottsdale Pediatrics - Scottsdale, AZ Scottsdale Children's Group - Scottsdale, AZ Pediatric Medical Associates - Mesa, AZ Phoenix Pediatrics - Phoenix, AZ MVP Kids Care - Avondale, Laveen, and Phoenix, AZ Desert Sun Pediatrics, Phoenix, AZ Surprise Pediatrics, Surprise AZ Schedule: 2-3 days per month - can work full days or half Opportunity to earn a bonus EMR: eClinical WorksPhysician Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. degree required Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California. Current, Unrestricted California state specific DEA license Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training. Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.
