Primary Responsibilities:Assist with financial processing and address any general questions during the visit.Ensure a smooth check-out process by preparing and reviewing documents and medical records accurately.Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client/pet records in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements.Act as the primary coordinator between departments for a seamless interdepartmental visit.Keep clients informed of the pet's progress, treatment, changes in cost, and next steps.About You:You have a demonstrated track record of excellence in client service and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
