Position Summary
As a valued member of Support Team, you'll play a pivotal role in our continued success by assisting in various tasks related to the mortgage loan process. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dedicated, and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced mortgage industry environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Operations Team with tasks related to the mortgage loan process, including handling third-party order outs.
Manage assigned dashboards, pipelines, and tickets with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ensure timely completion of requests, meeting specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues or delays promptly.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing all related loan documentation.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely loan closures.
Stay informed about lender guidelines, industry standards, and proactively contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cross-train to support other areas as needed.
Education and Experience
High school degree or equivalent. No prior experience required; comprehensive ground-up training provided. Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with professional integrity. Positive attitude and collaborative work approach. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality-focused work. Basic understanding of databases and office equipment. Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
