**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The Digital Department worker will operate a single machine, ensuring it is set up correctly and running smoothly. This role involves less manual work compared to traditional printing presses. Workers will be trained to load paper rolls into the machine, enter orders into the computer, monitor the process, and count and stack products. Light lifting up to 20 lbs is required. Basic computer skills, such as opening a PDF file or email, are necessary. The job primarily involves standing and watching the machine. Tecnau machines are used, with a technician available onsite for any breakdowns. Voluntary overtime is available, with mandatory overtime being rare. **Responsibilities** + Set up and monitor the machine to ensure it runs correctly + Load paper rolls into the machine without lifting + Enter orders into the computer + Count and stack products at the end of the machine + Perform light lifting up to 20 lbs + Stand and watch the machine during operation + Collaborate with the onsite technician for any machine breakdowns **Essential Skills** + Ability to count to 10 + Basic computer skills (opening PDFs and emails) + 1 year of continuous work experience with one company + Good attendance record with references **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Printing experience (Press, Digital, or Flexo) **Why Work Here?** 1. Great tenure across the company. **Work Environment** The production facility is large, air-conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter, and humidity-controlled to prevent paper curling or warping. It is a loud environment with multiple machines running. The facility is well-lit, clean, and frequently hosts client tours. Dress code includes tying back long hair and sweatshirt strings, no dangly jewelry, close-toed shoes, and no profanity on clothing or baseball caps. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
