Job Description Summary

Associates work in an exciting and unique manufacturing environment in AAM’s Metal Forming Division. This role supports production with varied job duties in a world-class forge plant.

$1,000 bonus upon completion of 90 days!!

Operate a Hi-Lo to support production and 5S / plant organization activitiesSort, inspect, and prepare final products for shipmentGeneral facilities maintenance activities supporting TechniciansThis entry level position is a feeder program for our Technicians.  Great opportunity for advancement!

This position focuses heavily on material movement within the plant and product accuracy in our ERP (manufacturing tracking system).  If you don’t have a forklift license, we will train you!

1st shift is from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift is 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift is 10pm-6am, both shifts pay an additional $1/hour in shift premium.

Required Skills and Education

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
