Harvest Worker

Full Time, Non-Exempt (eligible to receive overtime pay)

First shift (Approximate start time: 6:30am)

Harris Ranch Beef Company is proud to be a family owned company, committed to supporting our communities in the Valley. We produce high quality meat items that are sold at grocery stores and restaurants in both the US and around the world.   

We are adding team members to our Harvest Department to perform a variety of roles and tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility. The Harvest Team sets the high standard for the cleanliness and safety of the products we produce. 

Tasks used to accomplish our goal can include, but are not limited to the following:

Position Description

Using tools and equipment such as knives, scissors, saws, scales and other specialized manufacturing equipment Skinning. Trimming, Sorting, Hanging and Inspection of Carcasses and other edible offal products; etc.  Loading Product into machines, packaging, and boxing, labeling and scaling of product.
