Job Description
Candidates will be working in small teams operating a press machine to make parts. They will rotate doing various jobs as assigned by their supervisor or team lead. Responsibilities include inspecting items as they come out of the machine, stacking products, and preparing them for shipping.

Candidates will start as a Level 1 Operator with opportunities to advance to Level 2 within the first 3 months and to Level 3 within 6 months. Each advancement comes with a pay increase. Work Environment
Shifts are available in two options: 1st Shift from 4:50am to 5pm, and 2nd Shift from 4:50pm to 5am. Work schedules alternate between 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with candidates working every other weekend. Schedules are set 4 months in advance. The work environment includes operating four large presses in small teams of 3 to 8 people. Candidates should expect to get dirty. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes, jeans, and any work-appropriate shirt. The company emphasizes 12-hour shifts to promote a balanced work/life schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
