**Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for replacing wooden pallets with plastic pallets, aerating loads prior to printing based on the production schedule, and occasionally performing preventative maintenance on equipment. You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment by early detection and sound of the machine while in operation. The role requires the ability to read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions. You should be able to frequently lift or carry 10 to 25 pounds and handle pallets weighing 40-52 pounds.
