**Job Title: General Production Operator (Processing)** **Job Description** Candidates considered for the packager role will be responsible for visually inspecting various sizes of pasta noodles in a food manufacturing setting. They will stand on their feet for 8-10 hours a day, sifting through noodles for products that do not meet standards and removing the product by hand. Candidates will also be responsible for packaging finished goods into boxes, with finished goods weighing anywhere from 8 lbs. to 35 lbs. High attention to detail and common sense are essential soft skills needed for this role. **Responsibilities** + Visually inspect various sizes of pasta noodles for quality. + Remove products that do not meet standards by hand. + Package finished goods into boxes. + Stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day. + Lift finished goods weighing between 8 lbs. and 35 lbs. + Enter data into a spreadsheet and read manuals. **Essential Skills** + High attention to detail. + Ability to count regularly (up to 12). + Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day. + Proven track record of strong attendance verified by reference check. + Ability to lift upwards of 35 lbs. when needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in food manufacturing or QA is ideal. + Ability to operate machinery. + Knowledge of GMPs. + Detail-oriented. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team in a dynamic and engaging food manufacturing environment. Be part of a team that values attention to detail and quality in producing high-standard food products. **Work Environment** The facility is a noodle manufacturing site located in Frederickson, which is not accessible by bus routes. The work environment is warm due to large ovens used in production, and loud because of the machinery. Employees will be required to stand for 8-10 hours a day and lift up to 35 lbs. when needed. Clean hygiene standards must be followed, with no facial hair, nail polish, fake nails, piercings, or strong odored scents allowed. The shift is from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a day off between Tuesday and Thursday.
