**Job Description** Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Continuously drive the facility's culture toward a Safety conscious environment. Challenge status quo Safety behaviors, engage in Safety initiatives and attend all Safety related training.  Drive for and ensure work product remain in or exceed the standards and specifications established by Quality Assurance and Compliance.  Initiate and drive continuous improvement within the department, operations, and other areas of the facility as part of the team to ensure plant sustainability.  Engage and support a team environment within the department and across the facility.  Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety policies and other policies as outlined by the Company.  Production Operator will ensure proper specification on product  Track downtime downstream of filler and other applicable downtime equipment with the area,  Perform required weight and code checks at correct intervals.  Clean machine regularly during production, maintain floor cleanliness and complete all required Master Sanitation Schedule items daily,  Pass on information to incoming shift  Other duties as assigned by supervisor **Requirements** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous manufacturing experience, preferred - Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer
