**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for bagging 50-pound bags of ingredients. After filling the bags, they will run them through a sealer machine to ensure they do not leak. **Responsibilities** + Bag 50-pound bags of ingredients. + Operate a sealer machine to prevent leaks. + Perform general labor tasks. + Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed. + Adhere to FDA regulations and food preparation standards. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience within the last year. + Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently. + Experience in production, lifting, machine operation, packaging, and general labor. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred: 2B Boilers License or greater (pays more). + Experience with forklifts, boilers, and food preparation. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay with additional bonuses, opportunities for overtime, and a supportive team environment. The company offers shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Work Environment** Work shifts include 1st shift (6am - 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm - 6am) from Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime that may extend to 10-hour days, 6 days a week. The environment is dusty and smelly, with very close working quarters alongside 3-5 coworkers per shift. Appropriate attire includes jeans and a t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt, with company-provided shirts after several weeks.
