**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to assist with our flooring production. The position entails helping to produce large mats that cover gymnasium floors for drumlines. Candidates will be responsible for stretching the flooring sections so that the welder can weld them together. These sections can be heavy, so the ability to lift and hold up to 50 lbs is required. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the production of large mats for gymnasium floors + Stretch flooring sections for welding + Ensure proper alignment of sections + Support the welding process by holding sections in place + Conduct general inspection and quality control + Maintain a clean and safe work area **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift and hold up to 50 lbs + Prior manufacturing experience + Attention to detail **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general production and packaging + Good physical stamina + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment **Schedule/Pay:** Monday - Thursday: 3pm-11:30pm Pay: $23-25/hr **Work Environment** The work environment is in the printing industry, which is fairly clean and climate-controlled. Safety glasses are required while on the shop floor to ensure a safe working environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Orrtanna, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
