**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking both entry-level and experienced production workers to join our team. As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are filled and bottled correctly according to specifications. You will also handle documentation, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Responsibilities** + Monitor line performance, conducting periodic quality checks and making adjustments as needed. + Spot check weights of filled product to ensure accuracy. + Complete necessary written documentation. + Visually inspect finished products for defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, and contamination. + Break down lines and clean different parts at the end of the shift or during line changeovers. + Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the next shift is set up for success. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production or fast-paced work environments (e.g., restaurant, warehouse, other goal-oriented work experience). + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High-speed manufacturing line experience. + Experience with line changeovers. + Ability to make minor adjustments. **Why Work Here?** We offer a good raise structure and a culture that promotes from within.
