**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team. You will be working in the finishing or nano department to clean, polish, deburr, and coat metal finished parts. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a quality mindset. **Responsibilities** + Clean, polish, and deburr parts in the finishing or nano department. + Coat metal finished parts. + Track and organize parts to ensure proper workflow. + Inspect parts for flaws and ensure quality standards are met. + Use polishing and finishing tools to remove sharp burrs from machined parts. + Utilize computer systems to track parts, if necessary. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with material finishing. + Proficiency in using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General production and assembly experience. + Experience in bench assembly, manufacturing, and production. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic math skills. + Computer knowledge is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy free meals provided on-site every day by the company's chef. The facility spans 70,000 square feet and houses approximately 250 employees across multiple shifts. Available shifts include: 1st Shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 2nd Shift - 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm, with training on the 1st shift for a few weeks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Wales, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
