**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Successful Profile Technicians enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while safely completing the processes associated with manufacturing order-specific profiles starting with raw materials, handling quality checks, and packaging the finished product.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines.
+ Successfully complete line/equipment start-up in a timely manner.
+ Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines with established procedures.
+ Conduct quality checks to meet client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, extrusion, and machine operation.
+ Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
+ Manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency in measurements, assembly, inspection, ruler reading, and using measurement tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate attention to detail.
+ Recognize and take action upon what needs to be done with little to no supervision.
+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Desire to work in a team-based environment where decision making is at the team level.
+ Motivated to increase skills and progress.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $24.86/hr.
