Your role:
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metricsProcess Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone & emailRespond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, part availability, etc…Provide a high level of customer service & support from order entry to deliveryProcess orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the orderBe the main point for customer inquiries relating to all types in inquiries such as order pricing, order status, returns and product information for consumables and some Capital Equipment.You´re the right fit if:
You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou possess a very strong phone presence for taking inbound calls and making outbound cold calls as well as collaborating with internal stakeholdersYou have ability to apply persuasive selling skills via telephone to address customer needsYou have a bachelor’s degree.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $54,000 to $70,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
