Provide excellent service to customers who visit us to make voluntary deliveries on the Lot. Essential Duties and Responsibilities These tasks may include and are not limited to: - Movement of units. - Support in the receipt of units physically and entries in the system of the repossessed units in the Lot. - Have control of the keys. - Make report of washed units. - Support with voluntary deliveries in the Lot. - Prepare a weekly inventory. Provide support in any other task that is required. Minimum Education Technical and Commercial Course Experience + One year of related experience. Other Qualifications • Knowledge of customer service. • Bilingual English / Spanish verbal communication. • High level of organization. • Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause and apply rules to real situations. • Excellent willingness to understand clients, be empathetic and explain complex situations. • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external peers and clients. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Speed and accuracy skills in data entry.
