General Services Manager
Limerick – Full Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Integrated Facilities Management at our client site in Limerick. 

As a General Services Manager, you'll:

Manage multiple service lines including Catering, GxP and general cleaning, Security, Landscaping, and Event Management

Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective service delivery

Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and food safety regulations

Lead and support a large, multi-disciplinary team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and contribute to cost efficiencies

Develop and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to contractual obligations and governance structures

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing large, multi-functional teams in a facilities or service environment

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and ability to manage a P&L of €1.5m+

Knowledge of Health & Safety, food safety, and legislative compliance

Ability to lead business change and drive operational improvements

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills

Facilities, Engineering, or Business qualification (desirable)

Experience in the pharmaceutical or blue-chip sector (preferred)
