The Role

The General Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionalites in tandem with studio owners. The GSM will be responsible for driving sales of memberships while building and maintaining client rerlationships.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or fitness sales experienceConfident generating personal sales and training others in sales techniquesAbility to work independently as well as ability to collaborate with studio ownersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and through emailAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAffinity and passion for fitnessHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable, organized, and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio software 

Responsibilities

Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro ClassesDrive membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsLead efforts in grass root marketing and networking Manage other marketing efforts such as community events, studio promotions, and outside marketing campaigns with a goal to generate leadsManage staff schedule and supervise sales reps and instructorsMaintain studio cleanliness Take on hiring and management duties of instructors at studioEnforce Club Pilates policies and proceduresDirectly coordinate with vendors ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
