The General Superintendent will also assist with customer touchpoints, including signage and announcements in stations and on trains and buses, customer support personnel including Station Agents, Platform Conductors, and Traffic Checkers, and the experience at transfer points between the subway and shuttle buses. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED Required with ten (10) years of full-time mass transit experience, and five (5) years in a managerial/supervisory capacity, Or A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Skills: + Strong familiarity with DOS operations + DOB operations + OCC operations and maintenance practices + Understanding of the customer experience and communications channels + Project management experience working in a collaborative environment with other divisions Selection Method: Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
