Pay: $20/hour + Incentive Pay
(Associates can make up to an extra $2600 per paycheck with incentive)
Full Time Night Shift: 5:00 PM Order Selector & 7:00 PM Loader
5 nights per week & 2 consistent nights off

Reads customer orders, verifies inventory, and pulls items from shelves or bins.

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nPrepares orders for packing and shipping\nReads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.\nConveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.\nFills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.\nAssembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.\nMarks materials with identifying information.\nOpens bales, crates, and other containers.\nRecords amounts of materials or items distributed.\nWeighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.\nCompiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.\nDrives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.\nPrepares parcels for mailing.\nMaintains inventory records.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nLess than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.\nAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.\nMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.\n\n

\n\nRegularly stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear\nFrequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel\nOccasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl\nRegularly lift and /or move up to 100 pounds\nFrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.\n\n
