These positions have a starting pay of $23.50-25.00 (depending on shift)/hour + incentive and the average associate in this position earns $62,000.00 annually while our top performers make about $75,000.00 annually.
Positions: Order Selector/Loader
Full-Time: 5 nights a week with split nights off (Sat+1 other day between Mon-Thu)
This position is responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards. (S)he may use powered and unpowered equipment.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nReading production labels, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, repacked, disposed, or distributed\nConveying materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas\nSorting and placing items on carts, pallets, shelves, racks, bins or boxes according to desired sequence\nEnsuring materials are properly labeled\nPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs\n\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh School Diploma/GED preferred\nFluency in English; speak, read, and write.\nThree months or more related experience preferred\nPallet jack and picking experience a plus\nMust be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature\nMust be available to work with the demands of the department which are regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays\n\nPhysical Demands:
\n\nRegularly standing and walking\nReaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.\nSitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling\nRegularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.\nFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds\nOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds\n\n“Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis for this position.”
