A Generalist Human Resources Assistant is responsible for managing HR administrative tasks to provide an excellent staff experience while supporting employee relations and departmental goals.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Generalist Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative tasks to deliver an excellent staff experience. You will also be expected to interact with the HR system and support employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage HR administration such as contracts, letters, and personnel files\nEnsure accurate information is entered into the customized HR system\nAssist with employee relations issues within the company in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management\nEnsure that the recruitment and selection process is followed and that the appropriate immigration checks are conducted\nHelp achieve departmental goals\nSupport the company with departmental training needs, including inductions, work experience, career fairs, and training materials\nEnsure that pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines\nEnsure that staff complete training on security, fire regulations, and other health and safety legislation\nAssist and resolve queries from team members and management\nWhat are we looking for?
