Job Description One of Insight Global's top clients are looking for Protection Engineer to join their Power Generation division. This position will be responsible for writing programming, calculations, and designing protective relays and generation station relay replacements/new installations for power generation facilities with a focus on SEL, Beckwith, and GE Relays. This position will also be responsible for power system studies utilizing ETAP and SKM software. This person will occasionally perform testing and commissioning of the protective relays, but will primarily focused on the design and programming side of relays for each project. This position is remote with occasional travel for site visits.
