Job Description

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Generative AI Engineer who possesses a deep understanding of generative AI algorithms and extensive hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will have the capability to implement generative AI models and analyze implications for HW development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize generative AI algorithms for deployment directly on hardware (bare-metal programming).Work extensively with large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, translating high-level models to efficient low-level implementations.Collaborate with hardware teams to understand and leverage the capabilities of the HW. Dive deep into hardware mechanisms to optimize performance and resource utilization of AI algorithms.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI models and hardware technologies to drive innovation within the team.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges at the intersection of AI and hardware.

Mentor other team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Hands-on experience with generative AI algorithms and large language models.Proficiency with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc., and experience in translating models to run efficiently on hardware.Technical Skills:Good understanding of hardware architectures, including GPUs, XPUs, and other accelerators.Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and/or Python.Experience with performance optimization and debugging at both the software and hardware levels.Personal Attributes:Self-learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in AI and hardware.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Model
