Kforce's client in Armonk, NY, a leading Enterprise 100 Software Product and Consulting Firm, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help enterprise customers integrate their data environments into a Generative AI (GenAI) ecosystem with strong governance frameworks. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI governance, and enterprise AI integration-especially those familiar with WatsonX and OpenPages or experience in other GenAI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar enterprise AI solutions. Responsibilities: * Work directly with enterprise clients to implement and optimize GenAI solutions with governance and compliance best practices * Integrate structured and unstructured data sources into a GenAI environment, leveraging WatsonX, OpenPages, or alternative governance tools * Assist customers in building RAG-based AI applications, improving retrieval and response accuracy * Design and deploy AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and ethical AI standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, AI architects, and compliance specialists, to deliver tailored AI solutions * Provide thought leadership and best practices on AI governance, model transparency, and risk mitigation * Implement AI in call center environments as well as logistics
