Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Generative AI Specialist to join our team. You will develop and implement modern generative AI models and drive innovation across our organization. You will work with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to develop AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.

What you'll do:

Develop and implement Generative AI models and algorithms using techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.Improve existing Generative AI models for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.Maintain AI pipelines including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training and evaluation.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.Develop clear documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to the establishment of best practices for generative AI development.Be ambassador to promote GenAI use cases within the region, engaging local stakeholders to guide awareness and adoption.Use data flow modeling and workflow analysis to identify department needs specific to GenAI applications.Manage reports on GenAI use case performance and outcomes.Work with Technical Architects and Developers to plan and implement efficient operational systems supporting GenAI plans.Lead the effort in testing GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and are in real-world scenarios.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption and understanding of GenAI technologies within the department .Collaborate with teams to define AI project requirements and goals, ensuring their understanding.Coordinate GenAI project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met.Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks.Help develop project plans including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.Support the research and analysis for GenAI project requests. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring understanding of our goals.Be SME for GenAI projects, applying a strategic approach towards information systems innovation with a focus on GenAI technologies.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

Higher Education Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.Senior developer with GenAI and Cloud experience ((AWS, Azure, GPT, Llama or other LLM).Around 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence - worked with solutions as part of a team designed or implemented AI solutions.Python and Java skills with exposure to GenAI.Experience developing Generative AI models, with understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.Proficiency in Python and experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.Familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.Experience with Angular, Java & Postgres.Knowledge of Agile or Scrum.Collaborative, Proactive and Communicative Team Player.Excellent written and verbal English skills.DevOps- CI/CD knowledge & work experience (will be an advantage).Experience in Gen AI or Tech transformation Program/Projects (will be an advantage).
