Tell Me About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Engineer with expertise in Generative AI tools like M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and ChatGPT. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in M365 SharePoint and Power Platform, as well as a deep understanding of data and application security / governance. The candidate works closely with stakeholders from multiple teams understanding their use cases or AI functionality requirements and providing solutions and recommendations for it. This role is pivotal in driving our technological advancements and ensuring the seamless integration of AI capabilities within our systems and M365 globally.

What Does a Day in the Life of this Job Look Like?

Daily Operations

Design, develop, and integrate advanced AI solutions, including Copilot agents and ChatGPT agents, into our existing systems. Implement robust data security and governance measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards for M365 Copilot and ChatGPT Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and product managers, to deliver innovative solutions. Help evaluate AI add-in’s or apps that integrate with ChatGPT, Copilot Studio or M365 Copilot Lead and manage related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and timelines. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and recommend their application within the organization. Drive the adoption of M365 Copilot, ensuring seamless implementation and user engagement. Analyze usage data for ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot, and implement improvements based on findings to enhance user experience and engagement.  Provide technical leadership, training and mentorship to other engineers and users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:

EDUCATION: 

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. M365 Copilot certification preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior technical engineering role related to M365 SharePoint and/or Power Platform. Experience deploying M365 Copilot in a large enterprise environment. Proficiency in developing and integrating AI solutions, including Copilot Studio and ChatGPT. In-depth knowledge of data security and governance practices. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is preferred. Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure Cloud is preferred.

Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, self-learner, high energy with strong organizational skills.  A team player who favors a collaborative approach when working with internal and external providers with the ability to build trust with others through a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards Advanced troubleshooting skills and methodology to determine root cause

 

Salary Range: $­­114,000 to $130,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
