Wage: $35 – $45 + per hour, depending on experience.

Experience and Qualifications:

ASTT certification preferred – willingness to obtain it will be considered Working knowledge of D/C and A/C electrical systems Mechanical experience – diesel engines preferred Mechanical, engine, and electrical troubleshooting Background as auto mechanic, marine engineer / mechanic or similar could be successful in this role – GENERATOR TRAINING PROVIDED Customer facing field service experience strongly preferred  Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal Personal responsibility, organizational skills, self starter

Duties and Responsibilities:

Service, preventative maintenance,  troubleshooting, and repairs of generators in commercial and other public and private institutions   Servicing of generators 8 kW up to 2–3 MW Test, measure, and verify electrical component operations Service engine driven gensets powered by diesel or natural gas  Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating professional communication Document work performed and prepare reports as required Perform other duties as assigned
