In this role, you will perform specific genetic counseling-related and procedural/administrative duties as assigned under the supervision of licensed/certified genetic counselor/clinician/medical directors. Position: Genetics Assistant
Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4PM or 8AM to 4:30PM

Experience:
1. Two plus years of healthcare experience preferred.
2. Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred.
3. Ability to utilize medical terminology in a clinical setting required.
4. Ability to perform basic math skills required.
5. Ability to communicate sufficiently in English to perform job duties required.

Education:
1. High School Diploma / GED required.
2. Some college preferred.  Biology/Genetics course preferred.
