Job DescriptionWe are permanently looking for a Genomics Sales Application Specialist (m/f/d) (home-office based with frequent travel (70%) across the DACH).
You will be responsible for:
Increasing sales in all genomic service areas in which we are represented, including Next Generation Sequencing, Applied Genomics Markets, Sanger Sequencing, Oligos, Gene Synthesis, Microarray and GenotypingAchieving sales targets in the relevant territoryDeveloping the pipeline by discovering and mapping new projects and opportunitiesImplementing the sales strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager and adapting it to the local situationBringing new ideas for growth and generate recurring growthWorking cross-functionally with R&D, business development, production, account managers and scientific contacts to ensure the achievement of set goalsLeveraging scientific network and the scientific community in the genomics industryCovering a sales territory and visiting customers; this is one of your key responsibilitiesPreparing regular reporting: Sales analysis and competitive landscape.
