In this role, you will support asset management and GIS projects. You will collaborate with project managers and senior staff to research, analyze data, and develop geospatial solutions using industry-standard tools and software. Your contributions will drive successful project delivery for HNTB’s clients.

What You'll Do:

Completes assigned work within the schedule and number of hours provided.Assist in the development of project specifications.Responsible for development of discipline specific engineering project elements/deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans.Aids in the coordination and productivity of project team members.Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineering project team members.Works closely with other disciplines and on multi-discipline projects.Performs quality control reviews of discipline - specific engineering project elements/deliverables.Assists with coordination and planning of schedules, hours, and distribution of work within discipline.Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience, orMaster’s degree in Engineering and 3 year of relevant experience, orPhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience

What You'll Bring:

Proficiency in working with GIS software, such as ArcGIS and similar toolsStrong knowledge of data analysis techniques and data manipulation for large datasetsExperience with programming languages (e.g., Phyton, SQL) for data analysis and automation of processesKnowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, or GIS-specific visualization tools.Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application to GIS or asset management data is a plus.Knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle management.Exhibiting experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Prefer:

Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.GIS Certification.Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
