The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a cleared Geospatial Multi-Media Visualization Specialist. The MMS-VIS specialist will design and deliver operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to support a multitude of intelligence issues. Based on intelligence requirements, they develop new geospatial visualization methods and technologies from an operations research framework. They work with cartographers, graphic designers, geospatial and imagery analysts and ESRI technologies to implement and maintain geographic visualization standards. The specialist will provide a full range of support in the production and maintenance of finishing GEOINT services, specifically but not limited to; Slick Sheets, Tradecraft Videos, Geospatial products, Newsletters, and websites, and facilitating their use in the production of the government customer GEOINT products.
Primary Responsibilities. The candidate shall perform the following duties:
Utilize the full suite of analysis tools and geospatial information systems as necessary to support customer geospatial visualization needs.
Designing and producing high-quality maps, 3-D models, and other geospatial visualizations.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Support presentations of activities, discoveries, conclusions, and/or tradecraft to leadership, partners, and customers.
Creating infographics, animated videos, and other multimedia products to illustrate intelligence findings.
Collaborate with analysts to translate raw geospatial data into clear, actionable visuals.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment supporting the GEOINT mission as a team-member.
Required Qualifications.
5+ years of work experience in geospatial role
Experience using analytic visualization software, ie. Palatir, Analyst Notebook.
Completion of a certified military schoolhouse program or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program.
Knowledge of Remote View/SOCET GXP, IEC, NES, Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing.
1-3 years of demonstrated work experience directly engaging with GEOINT and IC partners/customers.
Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines and satisfy customer requirements while working under limited supervision.
Knowledge of DoD and IC missions.
TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience working the Counterproliferation mission.
Experience performing analysis regarding chemical, biological and nuclear mission areas.
Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities.
Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services.
Ability to provide briefings and communicate with partners across the IC and DoD to modernize and enable intelligence integration.
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, cartography, geography, geographic information systems, engineering, imagery science, mathematics, physical science, remote sensing or other related STEM area of study.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
