Position Overview

As a Geo X Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Autodesk's success beyond major metro cities. Reporting to the India VAD Manager, you will leverage your expertise to shape and drive strategies that expand Autodesk’s reach in targeted geographical areas (Geo X cities).

Over the past few years, we’ve seen remarkable growth in the scope and impact of the Geo X role. Your efforts will be instrumental in enhancing this momentum, developing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, and driving growth in identified Geo X markets

Responsibilities

Business Development in Identified Geo X Cities

Lead business development initiatives in Geo X cities, focusing on a hub-and-spoke modelCreate growth strategies and coverage plans for sustainable market expansion

Partner Qualification and Scaling

Identify and qualify potential partners in Geo X cities to enhance Autodesk's reach and engagementScale partnerships through enablement and support, solving complex challenges related to Geo X city dynamics, partners, customers, coverage, reach, frequency, and yield

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Partner with relevant teams, including Marketing, License Compliance, and Channel Programs, to achieve organizational goalsAlign processes and ensure consistent engagement with partners

VAD Team Alignment

Collaborate with the extended VAD team to drive growth and development across all hub-and-spoke regions.Facilitate communication and streamline operations to meet regional objectives

Funnel, Pipeline, and Forecast Accuracy

Ensure accurate sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting processes while maintaining linearity.Focus on driving revenues through both track deals and run rates, optimizing performance for sustained growth

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Channel Management with expertise in working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Distribution Partners, including developing new channelsStrong understanding of the B2B marketplace and what drives successful VARs to build new and profitable business across the regionProven track record in delivering successful sales and customer outcomes while partnering with Distributors and VARs across regionsA "whatever it takes" attitude to consistently exceed performance and deliver results above quotaWillingness and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
