Unter der Leitung des Contract Operation Leader am Standort Stade sind Sie als Spezialist für den Bereich Gerüstbau für die stichprobenartige Überprüfung von Abrechnungen und Dienstleistungsaufträgen verantwortlich . Dabei achten Sie darauf, dass diese korrekt und gemäß dem Rahmenvertrag termingerecht durchgeführt werden. Gleichzeitig bewerten Sie die Arbeitsausführung hinsichtlich Quantität und Qualität gemäß den Auftragsvorgaben und -spezifikationen. Zusätzlich prüfen Sie Kostenschätzungen im Rahmen von Angeboten für Projekte und Instandhaltungsaufgaben, beispielsweise für Turnarounds.

Sie nutzen Ihr Fachwissen zur einheitlichen und korrekten Anwendung der Rahmenverträge und Standardleistungsverzeichnisse sowie Einhaltung relevanter Spezifikationen, Vorschriften und Normen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie stellen sicher, dass alle auf dem Werksgelände der Dow erforderlichen Gerüste gemäß den Industriestandards und dem genehmigten Dow-Unternehmensverfahren sicher installiert, betrieben und zurückgebaut werden. Dies umfasst die Auswahl und Identifizierung geeigneter Gerüstarten für die sichere Ausführung von Arbeiten in einer lebenden Betriebsanlage. Sie überprüfen und zertifizieren die Qualität der verwendeten Gerüstmaterialien, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gerüste den korrekten Dow-Unternehmensstandards entsprechen.Sie haben häufige Kontakte mit Betriebs- und Anlagenwartungspersonal, sowie Rahmenvertragspartnern um sicherzustellen, dass die laufenden Anforderungen an sicher errichtete Gerüste eingehalten werden. Darüber hinaus überprüfen Sie die Auftragsarbeit der Vertreter der Auftragnehmer und unterstützen Mitarbeiter durch Trainings, dass sowohl involvierte Personen als auch Gerüste stets ein qualitativ hochwertiges und sicheres Niveau haben.Sie arbeiten eng mit dem lokalen Contract Operations Leader, dem Leiter des europäischen Labour & Services Netzwerks und relevanten lokalen Supplier Management Action Teams zusammen und kommunizieren mit den Gerüstbaufirmen zur einheitlichen Anwendung der Rahmenverträge, Unit Rates sowie Einhaltung relevanter Spezifikationen und initiieren bei Abweichungen entsprechende Korrekturmassnahmen.Sie bringen ihr Fachwissen durch proaktive Beratung zur Umsetzung technischer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der Kostenoptimierung ein.

Qualifikationen

Bevorzugt werden Bewerber:innen mit Ausbildung zum Gerüstbauer.Alternativ suchen wir Bewerber:innen mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung in einem technischen Lehrberuf (z.B. Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik oder Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik) oder inhaltlich vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation zum Gerüstinspektor/ GerüstbauerIn jedem Fall sollten Sie mindestens 6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau mitbringen.Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Fachnormen, technischen Spezifikationen und Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften (EH&S) sowie der allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik zum Gerüstbau.Kenntnisse der englischen SpracheErfahrung in Qualitätskontrolle, sowohl vor Ort als auch für die Abrechnung.IT Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Office, AribaG26-3 Tauglichkeit
