Job Description

Your Role:

As the Pricing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that drive both product-specific and cross-therapeutic area success. You will play a crucial role in optimizing AbbVie's pricing approach to align with market dynamics and competitive landscapes, ultimately ensuring sustainable growth and value.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Pricing Launch: Define and execute pricing launch strategies, including list and net pricing, to maximize market entry impact across the oncology and specialty portfolio.Pricing Dossiers: Lead the development of pricing dossiersCross-Therapeutic Area Policies: Develop commercial policies across therapeutic areas, taking into account the evolving market and competitive landscape.Innovative Commercial Models: Design innovative agreements and commercial models that align with brand strategies, creating value for AbbVie and its clients.Executive Reporting: Be accountable for creating executive reports and insights regarding AbbVie's top clients, driving strategic decision-making at the highest level
Qualifications

Pre-requirements:

Advanced degree in Business, Economics, pharmacy or a related field.Experience in pricing strategy within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectorsStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate into actionable strategies.Proven track record of designing innovative commercial agreements.Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Ability to communicate persuasively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
