A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

A Housekeeping Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nHousekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity\nA successful track record of managing a large team\nA high school certificate or equivalent\nHigh level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities\nPrevious experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nAbility to work under pressure\nIT proficiency\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nProficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office\nStrong organizational, budget management, and problem solving skills\nStrong communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
