**Remoto:** Você irá trabalhar visitando concessionárias na região de Recife - PE
**Papel:**
A General Motors está em busca de um Gerente de Pós-Vendas dinâmico e experiente para liderar as operações de pós-vendas em nosso segmento de concessionários no estado de Pernambuco. Este profissional será responsável por assegurar a excelência no atendimento ao cliente, otimizar processos de serviços e garantir a satisfação dos concessionários, contribuindo para os resultados gerais da empresa.
**O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)**
+ Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de pós-vendas que promovam a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes nos concessionários.
+ Treinar e capacitar equipes de pós-vendas nas concessionárias para garantir um atendimento superior.
+ Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de pós-vendas, propondo melhorias contínuas.
+ Servir como ponto de contato principal entre a General Motors e os concessionários, facilitando a comunicação e a resolução de problemas.
+ Coordenar campanhas promocionais e iniciativas de vendas que incentivem a participação dos concessionários.

+ Ensino superior completo
+ Experiência de campo
+ Experiência prévia em gestão de pós-vendas ou atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente no setor automotivo.
+ Habilidade em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
+ Disponibilidade para viagens dentro do estado e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico.
+ Disponibilidade para residir em Recife - PE
