We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!

Role Overview:

As the Digital Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of digital products focused on English learning, within the Wizard Franchise brand. Working at the intersection of education, technology, and user experience, you will collaborate closely with educators, engineers, designers, and marketers to create products that deliver measurable learning outcomes and delight users.

Key Responsibilities: Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a product roadmap based on the company’s mission, market research, and customer needs. User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create engaging, user-friendly learning experiences for students, teachers, and parents. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, performance data, and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of digital products. Content Integration: Work with curriculum designers and content developers to ensure that lessons, exercises, and gamified content align with language-learning objectives. Agile Execution: Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and run Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success and adoption. Global Focus: Ensure that products are optimized for different regions and markets, considering language proficiency levels, cultural nuances, and local teaching methods. What You Bring:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within EdTech, language learning, or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of digital education products or online learning platforms is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with digital product development, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira or Trello. Basic understanding of APIs, mobile apps, and digital content delivery systems.

User-Centered Approach:

Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide product improvements. Understanding of different learner personas, including children, teenagers, and adults.

Data-Driven Mindset:

Ability to analyze key performance metrics and use insights to iterate and optimize the product. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Collaborative and proactive, capable of influencing stakeholders and teams at all levels. Nice to Have: Experience working with English language learning products or language assessment tools. Knowledge of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or other language proficiency standards. Familiarity with gamified learning and adaptive learning technologies.
