What you’ll do:Responsible for ensuring compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts and customer satisfaction.
Focal point of contact between Customer and EatonGuarantee Customer SatisfactionAvailability outside standard business hours.Coordinating meetings in different time zonesResolving urgent problems and ongoing communication with teams and stakeholders around the worldRecognize and express customer requirementsMaintain Project safety and qualityDelivery Project On TimeExecute the project within the budgeted costApprove all scope, financial, and schedule changesSet clear and realistic goalsPeriodically assess the project objectives are being achievedAct on the results: objectives x resultsMaintain good communication with project team membersManage scope changes, claims risks and opportunitiesIssuing and regularly distributing the Project follow-up report for the all levels of the companyCheck if the right person is assigned to a certain taskMake decisions for the benefit of Eaton or for the purpose of maximizing Project outcome and Customer satisfactionReceive final acceptance from the CustomerQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineer (Industrial, Electrical) or relatedExtensive experience in Project Management, managing large size projects in an international environmentManaging multi-disciplinary teams with multiple interfacesMust know the electrical marketExperience with people management is desiredSkills: English fluencePlanning knowledgeAdvanced ExcelERP (SAP preferred)Finance and legal (contract) concepts knowledgeQuality and OPEX tools knowledge is a plusPower BI desired
