Responsabilidades e atribuições: 

Apoiar no desdobramento das estratégias de RH junto ao negócio, atuando como facilitador (a) da implantação dos processos no Business, suportando as áreas especialistas (COE Talent, Compensation, Benefícios e Serviços RH);Dar suporte e acompanhar as demandas e estratégias do Business, apoiando na tomada de decisão através do alinhamento com as políticas e normas de RH a fim de garantir a sustentabilidade do negócio;Apoiar e orientar os líderes em todos os subsistemas de RH (desenvolvimento, engajamento, performance, remuneração, talent aquisition, gestão de talentos, reconhecimento);Atuar como coach dos gestores;Apoiar no desenvolvimento da liderança;Apoiar o Business no desenvolvimento de equipes, buscando soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio, visando assegurar a performance do time e alinhamento à cultura da empresa, em busca de diferencial competitivo no mercado;Apoiar os gestores na busca pela equidade interna de remuneração, estrutura organizacional, diversidade e inclusão;Apoiar os líderes na contratação de talentos alinhados às necessidades do negócio e fit cultural da empresa;Suportar negociações e acordos Sindicais;Acompanhar as estratégias de RH a partir de métricas e análises de dados;Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional e Compliance.

Requisitos e qualificações: 

Como requisitos essenciais, você deve ter:

Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Psicologia, Direito e áreas correlatas;Inglês avançado.

Você se destaca, se tiver:

MBA ou Pós Graduação na área;Espanhol avançado.
