**Misión:**
It contributes to the overall success of its Private Banking Center in Peru, ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans and initiatives are carried out or met in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures that all activities carried out are carried out in accordance with current internal rules, policies and procedures.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Finance or related.
• MBA or Master in Finance or related post-graduate studies, or failing that Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) Level 1 or Chartered Financial Planning (CFP) Level 1 Experience
• 15 years of experience in the Financial System, preferably in Private Banking, Investments, or in related units such as Sociedad Agente de Bolsa, or other units such as super-affluent banking, Wholesale Banking or Corporate Finance, Knowledge
• Banking Products: Deposits and Loans (Advanced)
• Investment Products: Mutual Funds, Shares, Bonds, ReportIng Operations, etc.
• Policies associated with each type of banking operation, Knowledge of economics, markets and investments, Knowledge of Financial Mathematics, Knowledge of Financial Analysis, Knowledge of BankingRegulation, Knowledge of risk analysis techniques, credit award policies and procedures that apply to personal and commercial loan products, Knowledge on
customer segmentation and market analysis skills (Advanced)
• Basic knowledge of tax issues, Knowledge of the main products and services offered by other financial institutions or alternative sources of financing (Intermediate)
• Knowledge of compliance and auditing requirements behind the varied products and services of the lines of business (Advanced)
• Managing PC at the user level bank technology platform and complementary platforms (Intermediate)
• Desirable English at advanced level
• Leadership (Advanced)
**¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
It promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, as well as its systems and knowledge.
• Responsible for ensuring profitable growth in the assigned portfolio and revenue generation in Private Banking, as well as prospecting new clients.
• Lead the bank's relationship with the client and make sure to make available to investment advisory, credit, investment products, investment strategy and others specialists to meet your needs and retain you. The client's advice is based not only on accompanying him in his traditional banking needs, but above all on accompanying him to monetize and preserve his financial assets.
• Refer to other business units of the Scotiabank Group those customers who may require other products and services offered in the Private Banking Center.
• Generate profitable operations that achieve the financial and non-financial income targets of the area.
• Provide total banking relationships and high quality service to both private banking and Private Banking customers and prospects.
• Ensure the growth in number, size and profitability of Private Banking relationships, as well as their benefits.
• Contribute to the management of growth and profitability of the Private Banking portfolio.
• Effectively develop and manage the portfolio of complex credits at an acceptable level of risk.
• Refer customers to Scotia Capital and also for the rest of BNS's Wealth Management offering: PIC and Jarislowsky Fraser aimed at the top segment or Ultra High Net Worth of customers who demand greater sophistication.
• Ensure the structuring and sale of credits for banking clients (Asset Based Lending or ABL, Income Property Lending or IPL, medium term Fincorp) with the Private Banking Credit Advisor, in addition to the approach and maintenance of investment portfolio in conjunction with Private Banking Investment Advisory.
• Ensure the approval of retail or standardized loans, the authorization of special fees and conditions and the approval of sophisticated credits (ABL, IPL, Fincorp medium term).
• Supervise the operational manager in your charge, with whom you will form a team and who will give you the operational support to manage your client portfolio.
• It understands the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.
• Actively performs effective and efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring suitability, compliance and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations to reduce operational risk, risk of regulatory noncompliance, risk of money laundering and terrorist financing, and risk of conduct, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework,
the International Handbook on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and theGuidelines for Conduct.
