Como Medical Manager en Oncología, serás responsable de generar y consolidar evidencia científica, interactuar con actores clave del ecosistema de salud y asegurar que nuestras terapias lleguen a los pacientes adecuados a través de un sólido marco de gobernanza médica. Responsabilidades: Liderar la planificación estratégica y ejecución de la agenda médica en oncología. Construir relaciones estratégicas con expertos externos y sociedades médicas para fortalecer la presencia científica de GSK. Proporcionar liderazgo científico a equipos internos (Marketing, Regulatory, Comercial, etc.), asegurando alineación con la estrategia global. Identificar necesidades de investigación y liderar estudios locales que refuercen el conocimiento sobre nuestros medicamentos. Asegurar la excelencia en la educación médica, congresos y eventos científicos no promocionales. Apoyar estrategias de acceso, brindando evidencia científica para negociaciones con reguladores y pagadores. Calificaciones Médico, PhD, PharmD, MSc, MBA o equivalente. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia clínica o académica. Experiencia en Medical Affairs, actuando como puente entre I+D y el área comercial. Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para interactuar con equipos multifuncionales y externos. Enfoque estratégico y capacidad analítica para transformar datos en decisiones médicas clave.
