We are looking for a talented German Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you.
As a Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing local and international recruitment processes; Implement global recruiting strategy (9 steps); Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process; Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications; Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience and aptitudes; Conduct interviews; On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated; Perform background checks and assure all legal requirements and company policies are respected; Promote the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion; Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient German (mandatory) Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office) Organizational and time management skills Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision making skills Flexibility and ability to work in a fast- paced environment Stress tolerance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational/time management skills Decision making skills Proactive attitude Task and Target oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Team work Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Education and experience
University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience Experience in Recruitment & Selection and or Human Resources is a plus#LI-Remote
