German Speaker - Sales Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist (German Speaker) to join our team in Lodz, Poland.

The Sales Support Specialist will act as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, and prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling claims, and maintaining master data. Additionally, the Specialist will play a crucial role in managing sales-related tasks such as pricing, rebate administration, and sales forecasting while driving the adoption of digital tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary interface for customers, distributors, and prospects, ensuring exceptional service and support.Provide detailed sales reports and account-level insights to support sales forecasts and strategies.Manage customer inquiries, pricing, offer creation, and claims resolution processes.Maintain and update customer and price master data in SAP and Salesforce CRM.Oversee the invoice process, including corrections, credit and debit notes, and rebate/commission handling.Drive customer adoption of digital tools and resolve related issues.Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, and other regulatory standards.Conduct quality control checks, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years in a customer-oriented or sales support role.Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce CRM is a strong asset.Proficient English (C2 level), and fluent German.A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
